Renowned lawyer Josip Muselimović passed away

(Patria) - Academician Josip Muselimović passed away on Wednesday evening at SKB Mostar, it has been confirmed for the media.

''We can confirm that Josip Muselimović (1944) passed away in the evening hours, on February 19, 2025, at the Clinic for Neurology of the University Clinical Hospital Mostar'', it has been confirmed by SKB Mostar.

Muselimović was a distinguished lawyer and writer.

Academician Josip Muselimović was born in 1944 in Bijakovići in the municipality of Čitluk. He graduated from the Faculty of Law in Sarajevo in 1969, after which he built an impressive career. He is the author of several works, and throughout his life, he received numerous recognitions and awards in BiH, Croatia, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia, and Turkey.
