Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosnia Nikolaj passed away

Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosnia Nikolaj passed away last night at the age of 88, fifteen minutes before midnight at the University Hospital in Foča, reports the Patria News Agency.

Liturgies will be served this morning in the Temple of Saints Peter of Dabar-Bosnia and Basil the Miracleworker of Ostrog in the Theological School Center in Velečevo near Foča, as well as in all temples of the Dabar-Bosnia Metropolis.

The body of Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosnia Nikolaj was brought to the Velečevo temple. After the funeral liturgy, which will be served by Bishop Grigorije of Zahumlje-Herzegovina and Littoral and Deputy Metropolitan of Dabar-Bosnia, the Metropolitan's body will be transported around noon to the Dobrun Monastery, where he will be buried on Friday, October 30.
