
(Patria) - Bosnian and Herzegovinian theatre and film actor Mirsad Tuka passed away at the age of 58.
Tuka was born on June 19, 1965, in Tuzla. He began his professional career as a participant in the Drama Studio of the Tuzla National Theatre.
He graduated from the Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade. He debuted in the film "Praznik u Sarajevu" (Holiday in Sarajevo). For this role, he was awarded Best Debut Actor at the Festival of Acting Achievements in Niš in 1991.
Since 1996, he has been a member of the ensemble of the Sarajevo Chamber Theatre 55.
He played many roles in theatre productions and participated in numerous films and TV series, such as "Nafaka", "Sve džaba" (All for Nothing), "Remake", "Ostavljeni" (The Leftovers), and "Warriors".
