
(Patria) - The Prime Minister of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, Marija Buhač, confirmed to reporters that there are casualties in the north of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, but she cannot speak about the numbers until she receives official data.
Buhač said that severe weather has cut off the north of the canton and that help has been requested from higher levels of government.
"A helicopter is working to rescue a child in Jablanica. The damage is extensive, and the road infrastructure is disrupted," said Buhač.
HNC has requested assistance from the Armed Forces of BiH, as well as numerous volunteers. Do not travel unless necessary. Road communication is not functional. We need to save lives," Adil Šuta from the HNC Civil Protection briefly stated.
