SARAJEVO, (Patria) - Regarding media reports concerning the blockade of the "Poslovnost" Agency, which mention the passivity of municipal and cantonal authorities, we inform the public that Sarajevo Canton Prime Minister Mario Nenadić reacted promptly and adequately, according to institutions of the Sarajevo Canton.
Namely, despite the fact that the Government session was ongoing that day (Thursday, 04.09.2020), immediately after learning about the problem, he contacted the director of the Cantonal Inspectorate Administration of KS and ordered that the cantonal and Centar Municipality inspectorates, together with representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of KS and the Ministry of Spatial Planning, Construction and Environmental Protection of KS, conduct an on-site inspection in front of the "Poslovnost" Agency at 08:30 AM the next morning (Friday, 05.09.2020).
During the inspection, in which all the aforementioned participated, it was determined that it concerns private, not public, property, and that in this case, the Municipal Court in Sarajevo has exclusive jurisdiction to resolve this issue.
The lawyers of the "Poslovnost" Agency informed Prime Minister Nenadić in writing about submitting a request to the competent court and thanked him for his swift reaction and support in resolving this problem.
