23:58 Salko Zildžić (SDA) said that the presiding officer of the House did not give him an explanation from which he would understand that the Commission's report was falsified and without a seal, and that the merits state that it was not possible to hold a session without a quorum.

“Gentlemen, this is called abuse of position. You will not hold a session by force. To force we will respond with force,” said Zildžić.
