(Patria) - Next week, on February 28, a session of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH will be held, and the so-called European laws, the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, nor the Law on Courts are on the agenda. The state coalition has not yet agreed on the seat of the Appellate Division of the Court of BiH. Regarding the Law on Prevention of Conflict of Interest, the president of SNSD, Milorad Dodik, said last week that the working group that was formed did not reach an agreement.
The agenda includes the Bill on Amendments to the Law on Defense of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which has already been adopted by the House of Peoples at the initiative of Marina Pendeš, and it concerns the need for mandatory confirmation of the general corps by the Parliament, which is not currently the case.
Also before the representatives is the Bill on the Supreme Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by Denis Zvizdić, but this law will certainly not receive the necessary entity majority.
Furthermore, the agenda includes several parliamentary initiatives, including that of Šemsudin Mehmedović, obliging 15 state institutions to ensure adequate national representation of civil servants in accordance with the Law on Civil Service in the Institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
