(Patria) - At today's session of the House of Representatives of the BiH PS, the head of the SNSD Club, Sanja Vulić, requested an addition to the agenda with information on creating preconditions for the unhindered work of the House with adequate hygienic-epidemiological conditions. This proposal did not receive the support of the representatives.
The Speaker of the House, Denis Zvizdić, stated that the representatives' addresses are limited to five minutes, and at the same time, there are also the proposers of the laws.
The agenda was supplemented with several proposals, one of which is from the SDA Club regarding urgent amendments to the Law on the Public Broadcasting Service of BiH, specifically that a portion of funds from the Institutions' Budget be planned to enable the normal functioning of BHRT.
Also on the agenda is the Bill on the Court of BiH, proposed by Predrag Kojović. The OSCE called for the adoption of this law, but it is still unclear whether there is a majority for the adoption of this proposal.
Also on the agenda is the Bill on Amendments to the Law on the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina, proposed by MP Jasmin Emrić, with a request for consideration under an urgent procedure.
In his explanation, he stated that the appointment of the Minister of Security has been delayed for months, and that the urgency of amending this law is justified in order to provide an alternative in the appointment procedure. This alternative consists of 14 representatives being able to propose an appointment.
Representative Predrag Kožul stated that this law is in deep conflict with the Constitution of BiH.
25 representatives voted for the urgent procedure, after which the HDZ Club requested a half-hour break.
