HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES First an emergency session on the Budget and the HJPC, then the regular one follows

(Patria) - The expanded Collegium of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided at today's session that the 14th emergency session of this house will be held first, at which the Proposal of the Law on the Budget of the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina and international obligations for 2024 will be considered. The session begins at 12:00.

The agenda of this session has also been supplemented, so the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council will also be considered, which prolongs the formation of the Integrity Department until February 2025 in order to avoid a collapse in the judiciary and so that holders of judicial functions can assume duties.

The third item is the Proposal of the Law on Amendments to the Law on Public Procurement, whose proposers are Saša Magazinović, Predrag Kožul, Sabina Ćudić and Nihad Omerović.

After the conclusion of this session, the regular one will begin if there is a quorum for work, which tends to disappear during breaks.
