House of Representatives of the FBiH convenes in Sarajevo, hour for parliamentary initiatives and questions underway

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina convenes in Sarajevo today and tomorrow, with plans to conclude the third regular session and hold the fourth regular session of this Parliament. 

Among other things, during the continuation of the third regular session, which was interrupted in its initial attempt before the adoption of the agenda, deputies will consider the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Labor Law of the FBiH, and the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Road Transport in the Federation of BiH.

The agenda of this session should include the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on the Allocation of Public Revenues in the Federation of BiH, the Draft Law on Sports Clubs in the Federation of BiH, the proposer, and the Information on the Decision on the Price Increase of Gas.

The agenda of the fourth regular session includes, among other things, the Proposal for the Law on Amendments to the Law on Misdemeanors under Summary Procedure, the Proposal for the Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use at the Federation level. 

The agenda also includes several draft laws related to amendments to the Law on Waters, Promotion of Small Enterprises, and Air Protection.

Deputies will also consider the Work Program of the Government of the FBiH for 2019, as well as the Proposal for the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Strategy for the Development of the Wood Industry of the FBiH for the period 2018-2025.

Before the continuation of the third regular session, in accordance with the already established practice, the hour for parliamentary questions and initiatives began. 

Regarding the miners' protests, today in front of the Government of the FBiH, the head of the SDP Club, Damir Mašić, requested that the Prime Minister of the FBiH, Fadil Novalić, and the relevant minister, Nermin Džindić, inform the House of Representatives about this issue. 

Deputies supported the initiative of Faika - Mujanović Glamočanin to include continuous blood glucose monitors on the positive A list or to include them in positive orthopedic aids.
