House of Representatives of the FBiH: After a break, voting on conclusions regarding the unconstitutional actions of the RSNA

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In the continuation of the session of the House of Representatives of the FBiH, the Information on forest management in the Federation of BiH in 2018 and forest management plans for 2019 was noted.

The Information on conducted audits of the privatization of state capital in companies and banks in the Federation of BiH for the period January – June 2019 was also noted.

The Special Report on the prohibition of physical punishment of children in Bosnia and Herzegovina was noted. The delegates noted the quarterly reports on debt for Q4/2018, Q1/2019, Q2/2019, and Q3/2019.

The reports on the indebtedness of the FBiH based on the issuance of treasury bills (9M) as of 22.10.2019 and the indebtedness of the Federation of BiH based on the issuance of (7Y) bonds were noted.

The Report on the indebtedness of the Federation of BiH based on the issuance of bonds as of 03.12.2019 was noted.

The reports on the operations of JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar for 2016, 2017, and 2018 received support.

The reports on the operations of BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo for 2016, 2017, and 2018 were also voted on.

An amendment to the Law on Amendments to the Law on Corporate Income Tax was adopted, which the House of Representatives adopted in the proposed text, and the House of Peoples adopted the amendment accepted by the FBiH Government.

After the vote, a half-hour break was taken to further harmonize the conclusions on the anti-Dayton actions of the RSNA.
