House of Representatives of FBiH: Draft Law on Bankruptcy and Draft Work Program of the FBiH Government on the agenda

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The 11th regular session of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH has begun in Sarajevo, which will, among other things, consider the Draft Law amending the Law on Advocacy of FBiH, the Draft Law on Bankruptcy, and the Work Program of the Government of the Federation of BiH for 2020.

Deputies will also consider the Information on forest management in the Federation of BiH in 2018 and forest management plans for 2019, Information on audits of privatization of state capital of business companies and banks in the Federation of BiH for the period January – June 2019, as well as the Special Report on the prohibition of physical punishment of children in Bosnia and Herzegovina, a) Quarterly Debt Report Q4/2018, b) Quarterly Debt Report Q1/2019, c) Quarterly Debt Report Q2/2019 and d) Quarterly Debt Report Q3/2019.

The planned agenda also includes the Report on the indebtedness of FBiH based on the issuance of treasury bills (9M) as of 22.10.2019, the Report on the indebtedness of the Federation of BiH based on the issuance of (7Y) bonds, the Report on the indebtedness of the Federation of BiH based on the issuance of bonds as of 03.12.2019, and the business reports of JP Hrvatske telekomunikacije d.d. Mostar for 2017, 2016, and 2018.

The session is scheduled to consider the business report of BH Telecom d.d. Sarajevo for 2016, 2017, and 2018.

The Speaker of the House of Representatives, Mirsad Zaimović, announced that after the question time for deputies, there will be a one-hour break to agree on expanding the planned agenda.
