House of Representatives of FBiH: Program of Work of the FBiH Government Adopted, No-Confidence Vote Story a Bad Spin

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The discussion on the Proposed Program of Work of the FBiH Government continued after a half-hour break.

Senaid Begić (SDP) stated that based on the proposed Program of Work of the FBiH Government, it is clear that we will not get a new entity government in the near future. 

“The discussion of Mr. Dževad Adžem and the dissatisfaction he expressed as a representative also supports this. Based on that, it is clear that DF will not support the Government's program,” Begić added. 

Ahmed Džubur (DF) stated that the program for the expenditure of funds for agriculture in 2019 has been increased by KM 18 million, which is the highest since the war, although it is far from sufficient. 

“The Democratic Front has no orders on how we will vote. When it comes to the FBiH Government's program in the segment of agriculture, some optimistic indications are visible. I think there are many things that are not well indicated in the Government's Program of Work. Last year I said that the Prime Minister did not mention agriculture in his 53-minute exposé, and it is similar now,” Džubur added. 

Sabina Ćudić (Naša stranka) emphasized that not a single representative in the discussion so far has positively assessed the Government's Program of Work for 2020. 

“The Government must be here with us when we discuss their program. There is no one to answer questions or defend the program. I think we would protect the dignity of this House and the Government if we withdraw the material and send it for revision,” Ćudić added. 

Irfan Čengić's conclusion that the House of Peoples of FBiH initiate the procedure for appointing the President and Vice-Presidents of FBiH received the support of the representatives. 

After electronic and individual voting, the House of Representatives supported the Program of Work of the FBiH Government for 2020. 

After the Program received support, and even those who proposed a vote of no confidence in the FBiH Government half an hour earlier voted for it, it is clear that it was just a bad spin and playing with the public.
