Democratic Front Presidency strongly condemns the adoption of the Labour Law

At last night's session of the Presidency, the Democratic Front strongly condemned the adoption of the Labour Law in the House of Peoples of the Federation of BiH.

The crippled FBiH Government sent a proposal for the Labour Law for procedure, from the preparation of which trade union representatives were excluded. This brutally violated the meaning of the Economic and Social Council. Instead of finding a solution for debts to workers and contributions they owe them, the FBiH Government is trying to reduce already meager workers' rights, hiding behind the fig leaf of the reform agenda. Autocratic and autistic behavior is becoming the rule of conduct and the only purpose of the ruling parties, who flee from their own citizens through the back door.

The Democratic Front, in cooperation with other parties, will do everything to prevent such a law from being adopted in the House of Representatives of the FBiH as well, it is stated in the press release.

The DF Presidency also adopted a report on the activities undertaken in preparation for the DF Congress, which will be held in September this year, and praised the work and expressed support for all DF deputies and delegates in the cantonal and entity assemblies, as well as in the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and for DF representatives in the executive authorities.
