
(Patria) - The Presidency of BiH officially calls on EUFOR forces stationed in Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide assistance to BiH police agencies in implementing the decision of BiH judicial bodies (case "Milorad Dodik and others").
The Presidency is submitting this conclusion to the commander of EUFOR forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina, as stated in the conclusion adopted at today's session of the collective head of state.
This conclusion was adopted by the votes of Presidency members Željko Komšić and Denis Bećirović, while the Chairperson Željka Cvijanović voted against.
Cvijanović announced a special session of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which will discuss "vital national interest" in order to annul the decision on adopting the conclusions.
A total of eight conclusions were adopted at the session, all by the votes of Komšić and Bećirović, writes Istraga.ba.
Here are all the conclusions:
"The Presidency of BiH concludes that the laws, decisions, and conclusions of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska, which attempt to deny the subordination of the entity to the sovereignty of Bosnia and Herzegovina, represent an attack on the constitutional and legal order of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which threatens peace and internal stability of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Presidency of BiH emphasizes that the BiH Constitution guarantees the independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Entities and Brčko District BiH, which were established as part of the internal structure of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina, are subordinate to state sovereignty.
The Presidency of BiH reminds that the constitutions of the entities, their laws and bylaws, as well as all activities of public authorities of the entities, must be in accordance with the BiH Constitution and state laws. The supreme interpreter of the BiH Constitution is the Constitutional Court of BiH, whose decisions are final and binding throughout the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Presidency of BiH calls on all institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to, each in accordance with its competencies, take the necessary measures to protect the constitutional order of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Presidency of BiH calls on all authorities at all levels in Bosnia and Herzegovina to, within their competencies, undertake all activities to de-escalate tensions in the country and return to reform processes for the benefit of all citizens and peoples of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Presidency of BiH calls on all responsible officeholders and all employees in the institutions of Bosnia and Herzegovina to perform their rights and duties conscientiously, responsibly, professionally, and in accordance with the Constitution and laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina demands that the Council of Ministers dismiss all leaders in police and security agencies who have not implemented or refuse to implement the decisions of judicial bodies. For leaders in the same agencies not appointed by the Council of Ministers or elected by the Council of Ministers. The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina demands that the Council of Ministers initiate disciplinary and criminal proceedings for failure to implement the decisions of judicial bodies.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina officially calls on EUFOR forces stationed in Bosnia and Herzegovina to provide assistance to the police agencies of Bosnia and Herzegovina in implementing the decision of the judicial bodies of Bosnia and Herzegovina (Milorad Dodik and others case).
The Presidency is submitting this conclusion to the commander of EUFOR forces in Bosnia and Herzegovina."
