BiH Presidency sends condolences to President Erdogan

On the occasion of the terrorist attack in Istanbul in which 10 people were killed and 15 injured, including foreign nationals, a telegram of condolences to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan was sent by member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović, reports the BiH news agency Patria.

Dear President Erdoğan,

I was deeply shaken by the news of the terrorist attack in Istanbul. To you, Mr. President, and to the Turkish people, I express my deepest and most sincere condolences.

In these difficult moments, our thoughts and prayers are with the families of the killed and injured.

Bosnia and Herzegovina and Turkey are firmly committed to an active role in the fight against terrorism and other security challenges in the world. 

Therefore, even now, we stand firmly and proudly with you and the Turkish people, convinced that you will put an end to this senseless violence.

I ask Allah (SWT) to grant peace and mercy to the innocent victims, and comfort and patience to their families.
