Presidency of BiH: Meeting between Izetbegović, Radončić and Čović underway

A meeting of the leaders of coalition partner parties Bakir Izetbegović (SDA), Dragan Čović (HDZ BiH) and Fahrudin Radončić (SBB) has begun in the Presidency of BiH building in Sarajevo, reports the news agency Patria.

The three leaders will discuss the current political situation in the Federation of BiH. The FBiH Government is in session, but the Federal Parliament is not.

Relations between Čović and Izetbegović have been strained for about 15 days, since the HDZ BiH president, angry about the adoption of the Coordination Mechanism (Bakir Izetbegović and Milorad Dodik), did not attend the agreed meeting in Konjic with the SDA president.

Then Izetbegović stated that he would no longer talk to Čović without Radončić, and the latter responded that no meeting would be held in a cafe, but exclusively in BiH institutions.

Last night, Izetbegović and Radončić held a meeting in Sarajevo, after which they said they had not discussed the topics that will be considered today.
