
(Patria) - The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted a Decision approving the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the European Border and Coast Guard Agency and the Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina on mechanisms for submitting complaints regarding actions carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina, based on the Agreement between the European Union and Bosnia and Herzegovina on operational activities carried out by the European Border and Coast Guard Agency in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has taken note of the Information from the Legal Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina regarding the construction of a radioactive waste repository in the Republic of Croatia at the Trgovska Gora location. The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina requests the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina to urgently proceed with the implementation of the conclusions of the Presidency of BiH from 12.1.2026 and to inform the Presidency of BiH in writing within 15 days.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has taken note of the Information on the activities of the Federal Ministry of Environment and Tourism, the Federal Institute, and the institutions of USK regarding the intention of the Republic of Croatia to dispose of radioactive waste at the Trgovska Gora location.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has taken note of the Information on the implementation of bilateral agreements on trade and/or economic cooperation, trade, and free (preferential) trade agreements concluded by Bosnia and Herzegovina with other countries.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted a Decision on accepting the Agreement between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the United Arab Emirates on the promotion and protection of investments and has repealed the Decision of February 7, 2025.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted a Decision approving the conclusion of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Tourism of the Republic of Malta on cooperation in the field of tourism.
The Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina has adopted several decisions on accepting agreements.
