BiH Presidency: Unknown details regarding the reception for Bosnia and Herzegovina's Independence Day

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - On Thursday, March 1, 2018, Bosnia and Herzegovina celebrates 26 years of independence, and the BiH Presidency still does not know when the reception will be organized or who the organizer is, whether it is the member of the BiH Presidency Bakir Izetbegović alone or together with the Chairman Dragan Čović.

From the Press Office of the BiH Presidency, they stated that the reception will be organized „most likely on March 1“, and that the organizers are „probably Izetbegović and Čović.“

An identical situation occurred before November 25, the Statehood Day of BiH, when it was not known when the reception would be held or who would welcome the guests. In the end, the reception was held on November 25, and the host was Bakir Izetbegović. Čović's request was to move the reception „due to previously assumed obligations“ to which Izetbegović did not agree.

From Izetbegović's cabinet, we did not receive information about the date and organization of the reception for BiH's Independence Day.
