CASE "ENVELOPE" - Prohibitionary Measures Imposed on Accused, Pavić-Pečenković Can No Longer Be Minister in Sarajevo Canton Government

(Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo, at the proposal of the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office, has imposed prohibitionary measures on the accused in the "Envelope" case.

Muhamed Ajanović is prohibited from performing the function of dean and professor at the Faculty of Dentistry, is forbidden from visiting the Faculty of Dentistry, the Sarajevo Canton Inspectorate Administration, and the Ministry of Science, Higher Education, and Youth of Sarajevo Canton, and has also been prohibited from contacting and meeting with witnesses.

Dalila Hakalović is prohibited from performing the function of chief education inspector at the Sarajevo Canton Inspectorate Administration, from visiting the inspectorate building, the Faculty of Dentistry, and from meeting and contacting witnesses.

Endi Pavić Pečenković is prohibited from performing the function of minister in the Sarajevo Canton Government and from meeting and contacting witnesses. Pavić-Pečenković is the Minister of Labour and Social Policy in the Sarajevo Canton Government.

Dženita Viteškić has been prohibited from performing the function of Assistant Minister for Higher Education and from meeting and contacting witnesses.

Members of the University of Sarajevo's Governing Board have been prohibited from holding positions on the Governing Board, and from meeting and contacting witnesses.

At the same time, the court only rejected the Prosecutor's Office's proposal to impose measures prohibiting the accused Muhamed Ajanović from leaving his place of residence and traveling, as well as measures to confiscate his travel documents. The Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office will appeal this part of the decision.
