(Patria) - The FBiH Government has appointed a new Management and Supervisory Board of KCUS, confirmed for Patria from the FBiH Government.
Along with this, new Management and Supervisory Boards were appointed, but it is interesting that this dismissal was proposed directly by Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, and not by the relevant minister Nediljko Rimac.
Incidentally, it remains to be seen whether this method of dismissal is legal, given that the procedure, which should last 30 days to await responses from members of the Management and Supervisory Boards regarding potential objections to their work, was not followed.
It appears that Minister Rimac did not wish to participate in these actions, so the dismissal was initiated directly by Prime Minister Nikšić.
This is the first step towards the dismissal of the General Director of KCUS, Sebija Izetbegović, which members of the 'troika' have been demanding since the establishment of the FBiH Government.
