Detention proposed for Ćulum and other suspects for organized crime

(Patria) - The BiH Prosecutor's Office, in a high-level organized crime case, has submitted a proposal to the BiH Court for detention of suspects Armin Ćulum (1973), Alen Leon Ćulum (2000), Justin Dargel (1990), Danilo Željko Katanić (2002), and Endrina Tankošić (1995).

The proposal for detention for a period of one month is proposed for reasons prescribed by Article 132, Paragraph 1, points a), b), and c) of the Criminal Procedure Code of BiH.

The mentioned suspects are charged with the criminal offense of organized crime from Article 250, in conjunction with the criminal offense of international human trafficking from Article 186, the criminal offense of international incitement to prostitution from Article 187, and the criminal offense of money laundering from Article 209 of the Criminal Code of BiH, the BiH Prosecutor's Office announced.
