(Patria) - The acting prosecutor of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office proposed one-month detention for the suspect Mirza Duran for the criminal offense of cruel murder.
Detention was proposed due to the risk that the suspect might influence witnesses or conceal evidence if released, the risk that he might re-offend if released, and the risk that his release could disturb the public.
We remind you that Duran is suspected of murdering a woman with multiple stab wounds to the neck in a Sarajevo neighborhood.
