Pre-election silence ahead of early elections in Prijedor

(Patria) - Pre-election silence in Prijedor, which began this morning at 7:00 AM, will last until the closing of polling stations, i.e., until tomorrow at 7:00 PM, it was announced by the Central Election Commission of BiH.

A total of 86,329 citizens have the right to vote in the early elections for the mayor of Prijedor, and they will choose a new mayor from among 14 candidates.

Polling stations will be open tomorrow from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

For the purpose of holding early elections, 130 regular polling stations and one polling station for voting on unconfirmed ballots have been designated, and three mobile teams and one special COVID-19 mobile team have been formed.

According to the voter list closed at midnight on November 22, 86,329 voters have the right to vote in these early elections, including 608 voters registered to vote in absentia, who exercise their right to vote in person at the polling station in Prijedor, and 2,851 voters registered to vote by mail.
