The attacker, who took hostages yesterday in a jewelry store in the city of Montpellier, surrendered to the police after hours of negotiations, and the hostages were not injured, reports Patria agency.
The French police announced that the case in Montpellier is of a criminal nature and is not related to the series of terrorist attacks in Paris.
We remind you that the robber entered a jewelry store in Montpellier just before closing time, where there were two women, an employee and the wife of the jewelry store owner.
The robber took the women hostage and retreated to the interior of the store.
