Before the FBiH Government, information on the privatization review of Feroelektro, Dita, and the Holiday Hotel

The Government of the Federation of BiH at today's 31st session will consider the Draft Law on entrusting public authorities to auto-moto clubs in the Federation of BiH, namely BIHAMK and AMSUBiH (Auto-moto association in Bosnia and Herzegovina), and the Draft Law on Amendments to the Law on Private Insurance Mediation.

The agenda also includes the Draft Law on Factoring, as a legal transaction of sale and purchase of existing non-due or future short-term monetary claims, arising from the basis of contracts for the sale of goods or provision of services in the country and abroad, which are transferred to the factor by contract and who takes over the claim from the seller, to collect it, in their own name and for their own account.

The FBiH Government will also consider the proposal to give consent to the Federal Pension and Disability Insurance Institute for initiating the procedure for selling five real estate properties owned by this institute, which are not necessary for the regular performance of its activities, including retirement homes in Mostar, Sarajevo, and Bihać.

Before the members of the Federal Government are also the Proposal of the Decision on the Adoption of the Program of Expenditure of a transfer worth one million convertible marks intended for tourism development, and information from the Agency for Privatization Review in FBiH on the privatization reviews of state capital of business companies and banks in FBiH for the period March-October 2015, which relates to Tuzla's "Dita", as well as Sarajevo companies "Feroelektro" and the hotel "Holiday".
