Numerous Work Reports for 2023 on the Agenda of the KS Assembly on Monday: KUIP, TVSA, all KS healthcare institutions...

(Patria) - The second continuation of the 19th working session of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly will be held on Monday, 01/20/2025, starting at 9 AM. Numerous items are on the agenda, mostly concerning work and financial reports of institutions for the year 2023.

Deputies will consider the Report on the Execution of the Sarajevo Canton Budget for the period from 01/01/2023 to 12/31/2023, as well as the Report on the Work of the Independent Board for the period January-June 2023 and the Report on the Work of the Public Complaints Committee for 2023.

Also on the agenda are the Report on the Work and Financial Operations of the Public Institution Institute for the Development of Pre-University Education of Sarajevo Canton for 2023, and the Information on the Financial Operations of Public Institutions in the Field of Preschool, Primary, and Secondary Education for 2023 (consolidated).

These will be followed by the Report on the Work of the Cantonal Inspectorate Administration of Sarajevo Canton for 2023, the Report on the Work of the Sarajevo Canton Fund for Scholarships and Education of Children of Veterans, Fallen Fighters, and Fallen Civilians - Victims of War "IKRE" with a report on financial operations for 2023, the Report on the Operations of the Public Company "Television of Sarajevo" Ltd. Sarajevo for 2023, the Report on the Work and Financial Operations of the Cantonal Housing Fund Sarajevo for 2023, to which an opinion from an authorized auditor was previously given.

The deputies' attention, as always, is most drawn to the reports of public utility companies and healthcare institutions. At the previous continuation, reports from the public utility sector were considered, and at the continuation of the session, there are as many as 13 reports from healthcare institutions in Sarajevo Canton before the deputies, including the two hospitals KCUS and General Hospital "Prim.dr. Abdulah Nakaš".

The KS Assembly has already considered the business reports of cantonal public utility companies for 2023, namely KJKP "Park", "Toplane-Sarajevo", "Vodovod i kanalizacija",

"Sarajevogas", "Pokop", and "Tržnice-pijace".

The Proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Amendments and Additions to the Financial Plan of Revenues and Expenditures for 2024 of the Sarajevo Canton Fund for the construction of apartments for the families of martyrs and fallen fighters, war invalids, demobilized fighters, and displaced persons, as well as the Report on the Operations of KJP Centar „Skenderija” Ltd. Sarajevo for 2022, were withdrawn from the agenda.

The Report on the Operations of KJP „Poljoprivredno dobro Butmir” Ltd. Sarajevo-Ilidža for 2023 was also considered, along with the reports on work and financial operations for the period 01/01/2023 - 12/31/2023 of JU „Memorijalni centar Sarajevo“, which operated under the name Public Institution „Fond Memorijala Kantona Sarajevo“ during the reporting period, as well as the reports on work and financial operations of KJU for Protected Natural Areas for 2022 and 2023, and the Report on the Work of the Cantonal Civil Protection Administration of Sarajevo Canton for 2023.

Deputies will vote on the considered reports after the entire agenda of the 19th session has been exhausted.
