Justice must be accessible to everyone, and the poor have the right to protection

Prime Minister of USC Izudin Saračević and Minister of Justice and Administration in the USC Government Sabina Beganović organized a meeting with representatives of the judiciary today, reports the Patria News Agency.

- The goal of the Ministry of Justice and Administration and this Government is to ensure the conditions for the quality functioning and further development of the judicial system, because only impartial and professional judiciary justifies the trust of citizens and society as a whole.

Our common mission is to make justice accessible to everyone without distinction. This was also an opportunity to confirm our joint activities on the project of constructing the building of the Cantonal Court in Bihać, at the Borići site, said Minister Beganović.

The President of the Cantonal Court Fata Nadarević, the Chief Cantonal Prosecutor Fadila Amidžić, and the executive authority of USC are of the common opinion that justice must be accessible to everyone and that people with lower financial status must not be left unprotected, which the Cantonal Government will take into account by developing a system of free legal aid, it was announced from the USC Government.
