Viaduct's legal team filed a report against the Council of Ministers and the Presidency of BiH

(Patria) - The legal team of Slovenia's Viaduct has submitted information to the BiH Prosecutor's Office about a "criminal offense" against the Council of Ministers of BiH and the Presidency of BiH because they believe that these two institutions have not approached this problem with sufficient urgency.

The BiH Prosecutor's Office is in the process of collecting documentation, i.e., forming a case, Faktor has unofficially learned.

Let us recall, the Viaduct case concerns a debt of the RS Government which is now over 110 million euros, as daily interest amounts to nine thousand euros.

Bosnia and Herzegovina, or its smaller entity RS, lost an arbitration dispute in a Washington court in April 2022.
