Justice continues: Two-month detention proposed for Delimustafić and three others

The Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton has proposed a two-month extension of detention for four individuals arrested in the operation Justice, whose one-month detention is expiring, confirmed spokesperson of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton Azra Bavčić for the Patria agency.

Detention has been proposed for Alija Delimustafić, Jusuf Škrijelj, Lejla Cerić, and Suada Hadžić.

From the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, they state that the operation Justice continues. The extensive operation was carried out on November 11 with the support of the FUP and MUP RS, and around 60 locations in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Croatia were searched.

Several individuals were arrested who are linked to irregularities, i.e., illegal sale and registration of real estate.

The arrested are suspected of the criminal offense of organized crime, in connection with the criminal offenses of abuse of position, violation of law by a judge, money laundering, and fraud.
