Favourable driving conditions on roads in BiH

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - According to information available to the BiHAMK Information Centre, traffic is moving under favourable driving conditions with moderate vehicle flow this morning.

Drivers are advised that, regardless of weather and traffic conditions, they should drive with maximum caution and maintain a safe distance between vehicles.

On the M-17 Zenica-Nemila main road, due to rehabilitation works in the Vranduk II tunnel, traffic alternates using one lane, with temporary light signals in place. During the day, due to increased vehicle traffic, longer delays are possible on this section. 

Due to the construction of a roundabout on the M-18 Semizovac-Vogošća main road (at the entrance to Vogošća), traffic moves slower, with mandatory compliance with temporarily placed signage.

One-lane traffic is also in place on the main roads: M-16 Banja Luka–Crna Rijeka (in the village of Dabrac), M-14.2 Bosanski Šamac-Domaljevac, and on M-2 in Neum. 

On the M-16.4 Novi Travnik-Bugojno main road, due to reconstruction works on the bridge at the entrance to Bugojno, a traffic ban is in effect for freight vehicles over 7 tonnes total weight. The alternative route for this category of vehicles is via Travnik and Donji Vakuf.

At border crossings this morning, there are no longer delays. 

Until 17.04., due to works in Croatia, the Ivanica-Gornji Brgat border crossing is closed (during the closure, crossing is allowed for pedestrians and cyclists).

For safety reasons, traffic has been suspended for freight vehicles and buses on roads to and from the Brčko-Gunja border crossing bridge. Due to works in Croatia, traffic has been suspended for all vehicle categories at the Bosanski Novi-Dvor border crossing.
