Favorable Driving Conditions, Border Waits Up to Half an Hour

Favorable driving conditions and moderate vehicle traffic characterize the current traffic situation in most of Bosnia and Herzegovina, announced BIHAMK, reports the Patria News Agency.

Occasional half-hour suspensions, due to mine clearance, are active during the day on the M-1.8 Lončari-Orašje main road (in Dusine, 08:00-16:00), as well as on the R-448 Goražde-Čajniče regional roads (in Zupčići, 08:00-15:00) and R-465 Maglaj-Zavidovići (in Krsno Polje, 08:00-16:00).

Due to blasting work, occasional short traffic suspensions occur on the M-16 Banja Luka-Jajce main road at the Bočac site (from 14:00 to 14:30) and on the M-19.3 Rogatica-Ustiprača main road in Dub (from 09:00 to 10:00 and from 13:00 to 15:00).

Today, between 12:00 and 15:00, there will be a brief suspension, lasting 15 minutes, on the M-1.8 Šićki Brod-Srebrenik main road, near Potpeć (Orlova klisura), due to blasting work.

Among other roads with ongoing works, we highlight the main roads: M-4 Simin Han-Kalesija, M-5 Ključ-Mrkonjić Grad, M-5 Busovača-Kiseljak, M-16 Jajce-Crna Rijeka, M-16.2 Prozor-Jablanica, M-16.4 Bugojno-Novi Travnik (Rostovo) and M-17 Jablanica-Mostar.

At the border crossings, waiting times are currently no longer than 30 minutes. Due to works in Croatia, traffic is slowed down in both directions at the Orašje-Županja border crossing.
