(Patria) - This morning, traffic intensity on the roads in Bosnia and Herzegovina is low, but increased vehicle traffic is expected in the afternoon and evening hours, especially on the approaches to city centers. Driving conditions are favorable.
BIHAMK appeals to drivers to drive with maximum caution, maintain a safe distance between vehicles, and always use seatbelts. Drivers of trucks are kindly asked to temporarily pull over when they notice a long line of passenger vehicles behind them, to avoid the risk of overtaking.
Due to slope remediation works and unstable slopes, traffic is suspended on the Jajce-Crna Rijeka main road. Vehicles are being rerouted via Jezero and Mrkonjić Grad towards Crna Rijeka.
Remediation works are also ongoing on the following main roads: Lašva-Kaonik, Kladanj-Vlasenica, Dobro Polje-Miljevina, Bijeljina-Rača, Čevljanovići-Nišići, and Semizovac-Srednje. At other work sites, traffic is moving slowly.
At border crossings, vehicle traffic is currently proceeding with short delays.
