The company Igman, managed by the Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, pays between 100 and 150 thousand marks monthly to the private company CTK d.o.o. Konjic, Istraga.ba has learned. The Prime Minister of the Federation is Nermin Nikšić. Co-owners of the company CTK d.o.o. Konjic are Haris and Mirsad Nikšić, the Prime Minister's son and brother, respectively.
According to Istraga's information, CTK is one of Igman Konjic's regular suppliers. Monthly invoices range between 100 and 150 thousand marks, and since Nermin Nikšić became Prime Minister of the Federation, over a million marks have been paid from Igman to the Prime Minister's son's company under various contractual grounds. The company CTK deals with tools, and they import the raw materials needed for the jobs with Igman from Croatia.
The company CTK was founded in 2017, after Nermin Nikšić completed his first term as Prime Minister. The founders of CTK were the Sarajevo-based company Meganet, as a legal entity, and individuals Nermin Nikšić, Mirsad Nikšić, and Edin Hadžimahović. The Nikšić brothers invested 133 thousand marks, Hadžimahović invested 100 thousand, while the company Meganet contributed 100 thousand KM to CTK. The founder of Meganet was Elvedin Grabovica, former director of Elektroprivreda BiH, and currently the grey eminence of the SDP responsible for tender policy.

Since 2020, the company CTK has changed its ownership structure. Elvedin Grabovica's company Meganet withdraws from CTK, and shortly thereafter, Nermin Nikšić and Edin Hadžimahović “sell” their shares. Refik Lepara, Haris Nikšić (Nermin Nikšić's son), and Mirsad Nikšić (Nermin Nikšić's brother) become new co-owners.

The director of CTK d.o.o. is Haris Nikšić, son of the Prime Minister of the Federation of BiH. The company's headquarters are located at Donje polje number 42 in Konjic. Therefore, the headquarters of CTK is within the premises of Igman d.d. Konjic. According to the official report from the Sarajevo Stock Exchange dated October 3, 2025, the Federation of BiH owns 51 percent of Igman d.d. shares. Persons managing state capital in Igman are appointed by the Government of the Federation of BiH, currently headed by Nermin Nikšić. This means that the Nikšić family controls both Igman and CTK.
Since Nermin Nikšić was imposed as Prime Minister of the Federation in 2023 by a decision of the OHR, the revenues of his son's and brother's company have increased. For example, CTK d.o.o. Konjic's revenues in 2023 were one million marks. The following year, 2024, CTK's revenues increased to one million and 247 thousand KM. The largest portion of revenue was generated with the company Igman d.d. Konjic. The net profit of the Prime Minister's son's and brother's company for 2023 was 68 thousand marks. However, after the first full year of Nermin Nikšić's governance, CTK's net profit nearly tripled, with the 2024 business year closing with a profit of 174 thousand marks. The larger part of the profit comes from business with Igman d.d. Companies from the defense industry are not subject to public procurement procedures. This means that all deals with the company of Haris and Mirsad Nikšić were agreed upon directly.
