The BiH Presidency made a Decision on the appointment of Dr. Denis Zvizdić as the Chairman of the BiH Council of Ministers at an extraordinary session, reports the BiH news agency Patria.
The appointment decision will be forwarded to the Commission for the Preparation of the Election of the Council of Ministers of the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH for further procedure.
Denis Zvizdić, a candidate of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA), was born in 1964 in Sarajevo. He holds a PhD in Technical Sciences (Architecture and Urban Planning) and is an associate professor at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Sarajevo.
He has held the positions of Prime Minister of Sarajevo Canton, Chairman of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, and Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of BiH.
