735 new cases of infection confirmed, 37 people died

SARAJEVO, (Patria) – In the last 24 hours, 735 cases of coronavirus infection have been confirmed in BiH. At the same time, 37 people died.

The Institute for Public Health of the Federation of BiH was reported a total of 2,506 samples, of which 466 were positive for SARS-CoV-2. New cases were registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH, except in Canton 10.

So far, a total of 973,628 samples have been tested, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 174,332 people. In the last 24 hours in the Federation of BiH, 24 people died, from the Central Bosnia Canton, Zenica-Doboj Canton, Tuzla Canton, Sarajevo Canton and Canton 10, while seven deaths were reported retroactively.

The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 6,908.

In the RS, the presence of the corona virus was found in 234 people out of 728 tested samples.

In the last 24 hours, 13 deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of the Republika Srpska.

So far, 89,250 cases of the corona virus have been confirmed in the Republika Srpska, and a total of 5,134 people who tested positive for the corona virus have died.

In the Republika Srpska, a total of 357,404 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in the Republika Srpska is 568, in the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska 230, and in other hospitals 338. There are 62 people on respirators, 31 in the University Clinical Center of the Republika Srpska, 31 in other hospitals.

Today, 35 new cases of corona virus infection were registered in the Brčko District of BiH.
