The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina has confirmed an indictment charging Enver Buza with the criminal offense of war crimes against the civilian population in 1993 in the village of Uzdol, reports Patria.
The indictment charges Buza that, during the armed conflict between the Army of BiH on one side and the HVO on the other, as commander of the Prozor Independent Battalion of the Army of BiH, he failed to punish members of the Army of RBiH who, on September 14, 1993, attacked the village of Uzdol, Prozor municipality, and in the hamlets of Križ, Zelenike, and Raiče killed 27 civilians of Croatian nationality, reports Patria.
