(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the Sarajevo Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in the Džena Gadžun case against Suad Rožajac, Nina Jovanović, and Jasmina Halimić.

Suad Rožajac is accused of a serious criminal offense against human health and the criminal offense of negligent treatment, while Nina Jovanović and Jasmina Halimić are accused of the criminal offense of abuse of position or authority, the KS Prosecutor's Office announced.

We remind you that the girl Džena passed away on November 14, after undergoing surgery on November 8 at the private polyclinic Bejtović/Rožajac in Sarajevo. Complications arose, and she was taken to the KCUS in a coma, where she was kept alive by machines, but the girl's heart could not endure.
