The Court of BiH confirmed the indictment against Goran Zubac, Director of the State Investigation and Protection Agency of BiH (SIPA), reports the BiH news agency Patria (NAP).
Unofficial sources of the Patria agency confirmed that the indictment has been confirmed, and Zubac is charged with dereliction of duty during the demonstrations of February 7 this year. The confirmation of the indictment should be the last condition for the dismissal or suspension of the head of the BiH police agency.
An official confirmation of this information was not possible at this moment from the Court of BiH or the Prosecutor's Office, but multiple sources confirmed that it is accurate. The indictment was signed by state prosecutor Miroslav D. Marković, and Zubac is accused of not acting in accordance with the law at the time when the Presidency of BiH was attacked and set on fire, reports Patria.
