(Patria) - The Cantonal Court in Bihać confirmed the indictment against six former members of the Army of the Autonomous Province of Western Bosnia.
Hilmija Begić, Sulejman Sefić, Mehmed Brkić, Senad Sarajlija, Jasmin Ćoragić, and Ale Mujagić are accused of physically abusing and wounding three members of the Fifth Corps of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina in 1994 in the village of Crvarevac, municipality of Velika Kladuša.
After that, the indictment states, they tied them up and transported them in refrigerated trucks to the Demaljevo camp, where they continued to torture the prisoners.
They were freed upon the arrival of the Fifth Corps members at this location.
