
The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina today confirmed the indictment charging the accused Milan Ninković, Borislav Paravac, Andrija Bjelošević and Milan Savić with the criminal offense of crimes against humanity, reports the Patria news agency.
- The indictment states that in the period from no later than May 3, 1992, until the end of 1993, within the framework of a widespread and systematic attack directed against the Bosniak and Croat civilian population in the municipalities of Doboj and Teslić, Milan Ninković, as a member of the Staff of the Serbian Municipality of Doboj, Borislav Paravac, as president of the Crisis Staff of the Serbian Municipality of Doboj, Andrija Bjelošević, as chief of the Center for Security Services Doboj of the MUP RS and simultaneously a member of the Crisis Staff of the Serbian Municipality of Doboj, as participants in a joint criminal enterprise aimed at persecuting the Bosniak and Croat population on national and religious grounds, and Milan Savić, as deputy chief of the CSB Doboj, knowing of such an attack and that his actions formed part of that attack with discriminatory intent, committed persecution of the Bosniak and Croat civilian population through murders, imprisonment and other severe deprivation of physical liberty, and other inhumane acts committed with the intent to cause great suffering or serious physical or mental injury - the Court of BiH announced.
