Indictment Confirmed Against FUP Inspector Ermin Zuka

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has confirmed the indictment against Ermin Zuka, an inspector of the Federal Police Administration for combating drug abuse in the Sarajevo detachment. He is charged with the criminal offenses of accepting bribes and other forms of benefit, and disclosing official secrets, announced the Prosecutor's Office of the Sarajevo Canton. 
 
According to the indictment, Ermin Zuka is charged with repeatedly requesting and taking money from the accused Edis Bunar for information related to the „Prizma“ case, from May 2018 to mid-March 2019. He also disclosed details from special investigative measures and gave advice and instructions to the accused Bunar on how to protect him from criminal prosecution. In this way, the accused Zuka is charged with acquiring illegal benefits in the amount exceeding 11 thousand marks.
 
Incidentally, the prosecuting attorney, along with the indictment, proposed to the court the extension of Zuka's detention due to the risk that the accused might repeat the criminal offense if released.
