Indictment Confirmed Against Hamdija Lipovača

SANSKI MOST, (Patria) - The Municipal Court in Sanski Most has confirmed the indictment against Hamdija Lipovača for negligent work in service, announced the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office in Bihać.

Lipovača is accused that from April 2006 to January 2010, as the Mayor of Bihać, through negligent conduct in the "Geographic Information System Development Project," caused damage to the Municipality of Bihać in the amount of nearly one million marks.

In a separate proceeding, Lipovača is being tried alongside Alen Gluhalić, Aida Džambegović, Senka Zolić, and Sead Dupanović for allegedly, during the construction works at the "Stens" sports and recreation center in Bihać from 2006 to 2009, exploiting their positions and, by entering false data into construction logs and inflating the value of completed works, causing damage to the Municipality of Bihać and obtaining benefits totaling around half a million marks.
