Indictment Confirmed against Hajriz Bećirović and Alija Isović

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo has confirmed the indictment of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton against Hajriz Bećirović and Alija Isović. Hajriz Bećirović is charged with the criminal offenses of abuse of office or authority and a serious criminal offense against the general safety of people and property, while Alija Isović is charged with a serious criminal offense against the general safety of people and property, reports the Patria agency.

Namely, the accused are alleged to have, in 2012, as responsible persons in the Public Company "Centar Skenderija", made omissions that led to the collapse of the Ice Hall roof, causing damage in the amount of over 12 million marks.

At the same time, Hajriz Bećirović is accused of illegally engaging the company "Murai-komerc" from Vogošća in the process of cleaning the remains of the Ice Hall. In this way, the aforementioned company obtained illegal property gain in the amount of over 10,000 KM.
