Indictment confirmed against 15 people: They distributed drugs, robbed, kidnapped people...

The Municipal Court in Sarajevo confirmed the indictment of the KS Prosecutor's Office against 15 people for the criminal offenses of robbery, unlawful deprivation of liberty, unauthorized production and trafficking of narcotic drugs, possession and enabling the use of narcotic drugs, aiding and abetting a criminal offense, illegal possession of weapons or explosives, and a criminal offense punishable under Article 52 of ZONDINOM.

The accused are Alen Fazlagić, Dalibor Vasković, Dejan Hršum, Boban Tešić, Jusuf Jusić, Miroslav Hršum, Damir Zeba, Sanjin Handžić, Dženan Zahirović, Sanjin Veljan, Haris Prašović, Jasmin Brajković, Arnela Čakalović, Amer Kojić, and Zahida Fazlagić.

After becoming members of an organized group, the accused Alen Fazlagić, Miroslav Hršum, Jusuf Jusić, Damir Zeba, Sanjin Handžić, Sanjin Veljan, Haris Prašović, Jasmin Brajković, Dženan Zahirović, and Arnela Čakalović are charged with procuring and selling narcotic drugs cocaine, speed, marijuana, and ecstasy in the KS area.

During the commission of the aforementioned criminal offenses, they used police uniforms, handcuffs, rotating lights, balaclavas, automatic rifles, and pistols.
