792 cases of Covid confirmed, 32 people died

SARAJEVO, (Patria) - In BiH, 792 cases of infection have been confirmed in the last 24 hours, and 32 people have died.

In the past 24 hours, a total of 2,672 samples were reported to the Public Health Institute of the Federation of BiH, of which 431 were positive for SARS-CoV-2.

New cases have been registered in all cantons in the Federation of BiH.

A total of 949,316 samples have been tested so far, and SARS-CoV-2 has been confirmed in 169,850 people.

In the past 24 hours, sixteen (16) people died in the Federation of BiH, from Una-Sana, Herzegovina-Neretva, West Herzegovina, Central Bosnia, Zenica-Doboj, Sarajevo Canton and Canton 10, while six (6) deaths were reported retroactively.

The total number of deaths in the Federation of BiH is 6,722.

In RS, 722 laboratory samples were tested, and the coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) was confirmed in 304 people.

In the last 24 hours, 14 deaths were reported to the Institute of Public Health of the Republic of Srpska. These are eight men and six women, of middle and older age, three of whom are from Banja Luka, two from Prijedor, and one each from Bijeljina, Brod, Doboj, Istočno Novo Sarajevo, Laktaši, Mrkonjić Grad, Petrovo, Prnjavor and Trebinje.

So far, 87,167 cases of coronavirus have been confirmed in the Republic of Srpska, and a total of 4,985 people have died who tested positive for coronavirus.

In the Republic of Srpska, a total of 351,427 people have been tested.

The total number of hospitalized in the Republic of Srpska is 688, at the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska 278, and in other hospitals 418. 65 people are on ventilators, 34 at the University Clinical Center of the Republic of Srpska, 31 in other hospitals.

Today, 57 new cases of coronavirus infection were registered in Brčko District of BiH. Two people died.
