Protection from UV radiation needed, possible headache and sleep problems

Most of Bosnia and Herzegovina is experiencing sunny weather, with local showers and thunderstorms expected in the afternoon as cloud cover develops. Meteoalarm has issued a yellow warning for the entire BiH for high temperatures, as well as possible thunderstorms in four areas: Foča, Sarajevo, Tuzla and Višegrad, reports the Bosnian news agency Patria.

The highest daily air temperature will mostly be between 28 and 33 °C.

Due to the stabilization of the weather and reduced air humidity, a period of more favorable biometeorological conditions continues, during which attention should be paid to protection from UV radiation if you will be in the sun from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Chronic patients should avoid strenuous activities and prolonged exposure to the sun.

Possible meteopathic reactions include fatigue, headache, lack of concentration and sleep problems.
