They need our help: Five-member Halilović family lives in difficult conditions

Nedžad Halilović from Zvornik lives with his wife and three children in the village of Katanovići, Kalesija municipality. This former soldier of the Army of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an 80 percent war military invalid, writes the news agency Patria.  

He has fallen ill with multiple sclerosis, is immobile and has difficulty speaking. He uses a catheter.

He lives with his wife and three children as a tenant. From his pension, they barely cover all obligations, and for medications, diapers, gauze, and everything Nedžad needs, they manage as best they can. Sometimes someone calls them to work for a daily wage, and that is the income of this five-member family.
