Traffic between Konjic and Sarajevo completely suspended, snow falling intensively

Due to heavy snowfall, traffic is difficult in most of our country. We especially warn about sections in higher mountain areas, where the use of chains is mandatory for trucks with trailers and semi-trailers. Thanks to the interventions of road services, all road routes are passable for now. Strong winds, which create snowdrifts, are causing additional difficulties for drivers in western and southwestern Bosnia. We also draw attention to frequent landslides of earth or stones onto the road, according to BIHAMK, reports the Patria News Agency.

Traffic is completely suspended on the Sarajevo - Konjic and Livno - Šuica road routes, while we continue to warn about sections in higher mountain areas, where the use of chains is mandatory for trucks with trailers and semi-trailers. Strong winds, which create snowdrifts, are causing additional difficulties for drivers in western and southwestern Bosnia.

Due to snowfall in Croatia, traffic for vehicles over 7.5 tons is suspended at the Izačić border crossing. There are no long delays at other border crossings.
