(Patria) - This morning in Trn near Laktaši, a traffic accident occurred at the overpass under construction, when a car driver hit a protective fence.
The accident occurred this morning around 4 a.m. on a road reserved for motor vehicle traffic.
Police officers from the Banja Luka Police Administration conducted an on-site investigation, confirmed for RTRS.
The accident involved a passenger vehicle of the "Audi" brand, stated in a press release from the Banja Luka Police Administration, and one person was injured.
As RTRS reports, the injuries were sustained by NSRS Vice President Anja Ljubojević, who was transferred to the University Clinical Center of Republika Srpska. According to media reports, fortunately, she sustained minor injuries.
According to Capital, it was an official vehicle that sustained significant material damage.
On that section, construction work is underway and signs for using the detour have been posted, but Ljubojević went straight and hit the scaffolding.
